Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the OneAnalytics web application ("Service") operated by Rohit Consultants ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneAnalytics, connecting your Google account via OAuth, or clicking "Sign in with Google", you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

OneAnalytics provides a mobile-first web dashboard designed to view, monitor, and compare Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties. The service enables authorized users to view realtime visitor metrics, 7-day trends, 30-day historical performance, country and device breakdowns, and multi-property aggregations.

3. Google Account Integration & Authorization

To utilize features connected to your live analytics, you authorize OneAnalytics to access your Google Analytics data via Google OAuth 2.0 with read-only permissions (analytics.readonly). You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal authority and administrative permission to access and view the connected Google Analytics 4 properties.
You will not use the Service in violation of Google API Terms of Service or Google Analytics Terms of Service.
You may revoke OneAnalytics's authorization at any time via Google Account Permissions.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates applicable national, federal, state, or international laws and regulations.
To attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or systems connected to the Service.
To execute automated scripts or bots that excessively burden or abuse Google Analytics API rate limits or quota ceilings.
To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source algorithms from proprietary components.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain 100% full ownership of all data, metrics, properties, and insights originating from your Google Analytics accounts. OneAnalytics claims no proprietary ownership over your analytics data.

Our Intellectual Property: The OneAnalytics web interface, designs, code, logos, visual layouts, and graphics are the exclusive property of Rohit Consultants and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services and Disclaimers

OneAnalytics depends on APIs provided by Google LLC. We are not responsible for any downtime, quota restrictions, rate limit throttling, or API deprecations imposed by Google.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rohit Consultants, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
